Practicing in Georgia since 1978, Bill has forged a career as a fierce trial lawyer handling complex civil litigation. Although his reputation precedes him, Bill has built his practice on demonstrating a common-sense approach that has appealed to hundreds of juries throughout Georgia. A formidable opponent and an invaluable ally in the courtroom, Bill’s aggressive advocacy has earned him respect by peers and judges alike.

He also advises some of the largest insurance companies on matters of insurance coverage and claims investigations. 

Bill has served citizens of the State of Georgia both as a municipal court judge in Conyers, Georgia from 1980 – 1983, and Associate Magistrate Judge in DeKalb County from 1983 – 2013.  His experience on the bench provides invaluable perspective on courtroom advocacy.
